Quality management system (ISO 9001: 2015)
This system is designed to establish quality management within the organization and is a strategic decision for an organization that can help to improve its overall performance and provide a sound basis for sustainable development initiatives. By introducing this international quality management system, the organization can benefit the following:

  • the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer needs
  • meet legal requirements and other needs of regulatory agencies
  • meet the needs of interested parties
  • to increase our competitiveness by proving that we confront the requirements of quality management system.

Our company was the first to introduce ISO 9001: 2015 International Quality Management System in 2018 in the non-bank financial sector in cooperation with IRCLASS SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED LLC, which implements the international quality management system. This is the third consecutive year that we have successfully conducted a verification audit on implementation of International Quality Management System.
